About the event

Amidst evolving regulations, efforts to register foreign trademarks in Cyrillic characters can pose a real challenge to trademark holders exiting Russia or placing companies in dormant status.

With the risk of third parties claiming registration if a trademark goes unused for three years, understanding the legal framework surrounding this issue is crucial.

Join us as we discuss these important points, offering practical insights to best safeguard your intellectual property within this specific context.
