About the event
The current economic and geopolitical situation has triggered significant changes in the corporate structures of many companies, as well as to restructuring of core business processes, supply chains and cash flow routes.
Some companies have formally spun off their Russian entities, while maintaining informal control, or completed a management buyout (MBO) with options to repurchase shares later. These changes pose significant risks, including potential loss of control over valuable assets — both tangible and intangible.
Our event will focus on crisis communication for businesses navigating Russia's changing landscape, with insights from communication expert Birgitte Dyrekilde, founder of Umbra Communications and Intelligence, and SCHNEIDER GROUP consulting experts.
Birgitte will highlight various communication strategies for companies continuing to operate on the Russian market, while SCHNEIDER GROUP experts will showcase bespoke operating services tailored to the new business reality.
Moreover, the speakers will delve into the nuances of internal communication as well as corporate management controls in complex group structures, offering insights on managing change.
Join us as we share strategic insights and practical solutions for sustaining operations and safeguarding assets in this changing environment.
