The Minimum Amount of Debt for the Initiation of Bankruptcy of Legal Entities has been Increased

Now the amount of a debt of RUB 2 million may be used as a reason for initiating bankruptcy of a debtor - a legal entity. Previously it was RUB 300,000. The changes do not affect debtors - citizens and individual entrepreneurs: for them the amount remains at the level of RUB 500,000. At the same time, the other signs of bankruptcy of legal entities stipulated by the law (three-months arrears of payments to employees, inability to repay the claims of all creditors, etc.) remain unchanged.
