Natalia is SCHNEIDER GROUP Partner and General Director of the St. Petersburg office. She is a lawyer with more than 20 years of practical experience in legal consulting. Natalia provides tailored-made, practically-oriented legal solutions in establishing and managing subsidiaries of international businesses in Russia, manufacturing localisation, acquisition of real estate, as well as corporate and labour law. Big international enterprises, medium-sized and family-run businesses benefit from Natalia’s legal advice. Prior to joining SCHNEIDER GROUP, Natalia worked for Beiten Burkhardt and Salans (now Dentons). Natalia is a qualified lawyer with a degree in Law from St Petersburg University.  She speaks Russian, German and English.

Anna joined SCHNEIDER GROUP St. Petersburg office in 2020. She has more than 10 years of professional experience at the international law firms.  Anna is a leading legal advisor in St. Petersburg. She specialises in financial and tax planning and provides legal support in manufacturing and real estate investment projects, manufacturing localisation, and infrastructure projects. She advises SCHNEIDER GROUP’s customers on customs law, IT regulations, foreign trade and financing, M&A, and international legal agreements.  For many years, Anna has been heading the legal & tax committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) in St. Petersburg. She participates in the tax and financial reporting committee of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce (AHK). Anna graduated with a degree in Law from St. Petersburg University.

Olga joined the company in 2004. During her 17 years at SCHNEIDER GROUP, Olga has worked her way up from senior accountant to finance & accounting director. She has more than 25 years of professional experience. Olga specialises in accounting, taxation and financial reporting according to Russian accounting standards, projects on internal audit, transformation of local financial reporting into IFRS and management reporting. She is responsible for automation of financial processes and communication with Russian tax authorities and industry regulators. Olga is an interim General Director for several SCHNEIDER GROUP customers.  She graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit and also holds a degree in Economics and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University, with a specialisation in Financial Management. Olga is a certified accountant of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia.

Nadezhda joined the company in 2010, starting as office administrator and in-house translator. Currently, she is managing SCHNEIDER GROUP SPb business development department, responsible for client acquisition – starting from commercial offer preparation to post-project support, including contracts management, billing, migration support (invitation letters, work visas) and event management for the clients. Nadezhda supports branches and subsidiaries of international companies in Russia from automotive, construction, retail and logistics industry in the establishment of efficient business-processes. She facilitates communication between local employees in St. Petersburg with the head offices abroad and supports clients in coordination with suppliers, authorities and business partners.  Nadezhda graduated from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia with a degree in Linguistics and Translation. She also holds a master's degree in Strategic and Corporate Management from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and speaks Russian, English and German.
